@SimpliSafe I called again today. They kept me waiting for more than an hour to get a supervisor. And a supervisor still was not available! Just refund my $1,000 for incorrectly billing my credit card for 3 straight years when I canceled my service. Otherwise, I will report to @bbb_us
@SimpliSafe I used your system for a few years. Then moved to a new house where I didn't need SimpliSafe. You kept charging my credit card for 3 years!! I WANT EVERY DOLLAR REFUNDED TO ME NOW. Call me to fix this 917-797-2426 before I file a formal complaint to the BBB.
@SimpliSafe@SimpliSafe I already did. Someone took my information and it has been a week and no manager or anyone has contacted me to refund me 3 years of incorrect billing charges. I will file a complaint with the BBB if this is not fixed this week. Escalate this to your CEO to fix asap.

@tariqfarid order W1010165545-1 sent it to my doctor's office for the whole staff to enjoy but it came after the office closed at 5pm. The Redbank, NJ manager refused to give me a refund. WTF?? You must deliver during business hours. I want a full refund & fire the idiot manager
@SpeedbirdSean BA185 from LHR to EWR on Aug 15 got cancelled, so I tried to get my family of 4 on the next flight to EWR that day, horrible customer service said 4 seats were available but premium economy for $2,000 extra!! If you cancel on passengers, upgrade us for free - HELP!
