@British_Airways When can we hear about our missing luggage? Flew in from JFK to LHR and told to leave without bags as airport was at capacity so had stopped even trying to process them! Radio silence since. Bags urgently needed. #BritishAirways

@MistyRabbit 9 days?! We are on day 2 and I'm already very frustrated!! Terrible service. We were told they'd stopped processing the bags at LHR completely because they were at full capacity. So had no choice but to leave without it. #BritishAirways
