The new Appraisal system starts on the 1st of September. Your Appraiser will email your 28 targets on this date. You must agree to and sign them before the end of school on the 2nd. Remember targets must be SMART: Savage, Meaningless, Awful, Ridiculous and Tough.

Is a #chaplain exclusively for a particular faith group?
No! A chaplain regardless of setting is a person of faith available for people of all faiths and none. I'm a Chaplain who is Muslim, not a "Muslim Chaplain". Limiting yourself to one's own faith group isn't chaplaincy.
