The security forces under the direction and instructions of the Commander-in-Chief launched Operation 'Maliza Ufisadi' the other day. We shall expand this operation and apprehend all culprits. No one will be spared.
It is with deep sorrow that I regret to announce the sudden death of my friend, Chairman NRM Kayunga District, farmer, and businessman Mr. Kalangwa, who has been involved in a fatal accident along the Kayunga–Jinja Road.
We remember and celebrate him as a loyal patriot who hosted the birthday celebrations of General @mkainerugaba Kasiki in Kayunga on the very same day he graduated from Kampala University.
Thank you, Mr. Kalangwa, for your love, dedication, and unwavering support for NRM and H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. Your contribution and friendship will always be remembered.
“ I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. ” 2 Timothy 4:7
May the Almighty God strengthen and comfort the family, friends, and the people of Kayunga District during this difficult time. Rest in eternal peace.
As you also prepare your declaration forms from all the polling stations of Masaka City. Justice Teko has already been guided on how to deal with that case.
President Kagame is a man full of respect.
When he was at JKIA leaving for Kigali, he waited for the ADC assigned to him to finish his salute and then went ahead to shake his hand to appreciate him for his service while in Kenya. Respect costs nothing.
I am pleased to officially launch Omuk. Francis Kamulegeya’s book, “And Then What?” a powerful autobiography reflecting on life, leadership, and purpose beyond success.
I commend Francis for the courage and openness with which he shares his journey. From humble beginnings to a life of impact across different countries, his story is both inspiring and thought-provoking.
In this modern era, it is important that we document our experiences for others to learn from. I encourage everyone to read this book and, in the same spirit, consider writing their own stories.
When we do not write, we limit both reflection and learning.

During their visit to Uganda, Dr and Mrs Layi Fotana joined a thoughtful reflection on leadership, history, and the deeper links that connect African societies across borders.
From the cultural heritage of Igongo to questions of identity, conflict, and common origin, this conversation reminds us that leadership is not simply about office or age. It is about belief, responsibility, and the ability to draw wisdom from the past in order to shape the future.
Africa’s history is not separate from its destiny. If we understand where we come from, we stand a better chance of deciding where we must go.

When you read the Sovereignty Bill properly, it is not about stopping funding, but the government says it is about real accountability. We need to know the source and purpose of the funding being received- @HKitambula#MorningAtNTV
Many countries use different wording from “Sovereignty Bill,” but they have laws that protect their sovereignty so that no political actors or external interests can influence them- @HKitambula , Deputy RCC Fort Portal
