@KentROSystems Service request #261026-11211 filed on 26/10/2026, received a message on 28/10/2026, an Engineer from SRI KANAGA DURGAI AMMAN AGENCIES will visit my residence to check the faulty Kent zoom plus vaccum cleaner.

But just received a call from the service center, that engineer would NOT visit, asked me to handcarry the product to service center and closed the service request. A complaint was closed without actually resolving the complaint, is this the process you follow ?

@TANGEDCO_Offcl Power supply disconnected on 18th Oct 2026 22:00 hours, not restored yet for more than 20 hours straight irrespective of multiple calls to local EB office. EB personnel claim 3 days Ayuda Pooja holiday, is it true?

@MawsTamilNadu @chennaicorp Storm water drain work has damaged a property in Sundaram main Street, Vyasarpadi and left a super senior citizen couple stranded. They are not even able to close the door.

@KentROSystems Sir, given kent ss hand blender to Kanaga durgai agency - kent authorised service center on 9th Feb 2026 for repair. Till today there is no update. Area service manager Mr. Tulasidharan and regional manager Mr. Balasubramanian does not even pick the calls.
