@CarolineHirons Our NHS is so broken when my grandad was in hospital last year my parents had to beg for more pain medication as he was screaming in agony as he had a broken pelvis!! Sadly we lost him

@marksandspencer had a disappointing experience in store today 2 staff members today having a conversation about the company didn’t acknowledge us when putting through our shopping made to feel like an inconvenience not the service I usually experience
