AMZ Buyer returned 1 of 3 units. unsure where other 2 were sent. It "did't work" for her application, so now item flagged as defective.

We created a flow to auto delete after 2 hours the addresses w/ no first/last name. i can share if needed for inspiration @Nateonomicon but still not ideal
Anyone having issues w/ bots creating fake accounts/fake abandoned checkout on Shopify? Been on going for nearly a year now, and the apps that should block bots dont work because SFY wont let checkout page be modified ... we created a flow to auto delete them but its a daily mess
