Pathetic service by VW Apple Auto Whitefield.

My car is stuck for 2+ months. Repairs done, yet bill not sent to insurance.

Travelled to Bangalore on their commitment, got no delivery. Stranded in Bangalore for days.

Zero accountability. Fix this NOW.

@volkswagenindia @bits_prateek It is your team’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary processes, including job card reopening and insurance approval, are handled efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe. The current delay reflects a lack of accountability, which is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As per discussion had with our service Manger, we are waiting for the job card re-opening and once  re- open the job card will submit the Performa invoice to  the insurance company for the current date Tax
