Just like Kenya did when President Kibaki took over power, Uganda's future president will be required to overwhole the current team at the judiciary. There's a chance to vet and maintain those upholding the law, but they must appoint their own judges.

@SpireJim @mtnug Don't even say! I bought 22 GB at 10.00am and by 7.00pm doing only duolingo intermetently, I had spent 11 GB. Now, doulingo can be done even offline, meaning you don't need data full-time. MTN is a cheat! To whom and where can one appeal and be helped?
