This is pretty disappointing from the BBC on what I assume is agency copy.

They use a lovely line in this written by H Natarajan on the Cricinfo profile that they say is from "A cricket writer" and don't mention the source.

"stealthy, silent and deadly, a master of deception who conjured variations in flight, loop, spin and pace without any perceptible change in action".

If you are just going to take the first line of the cricinfo profile, at least you can use the person's name who wrote it.

@RelianceDigital your customer service is pathetic. Your service personnel came last Sat to arrest a leak in my new AC. He asked us not to start the AC for 24 hours and he will come on Monday to fix it. It's a week since and he hasn't shown up.
