@EurekaForbes I've taken AMC for water purifier, today is the 3rd day of my complaint no help or executive assigned after 6-8 calls to customer care and rescheduling the complaint, complaint no. CM-070924-33269581 pathetic service. I want my AMC money to be refunded.

@makemytrip I regularly travel from Jalandhar to Amritsar, but last two bookings gave pathetic experience. IDs: NU711361174895114 & NU710331174556058.first booking, at 7:20 AM, no bus details even by 7:45 AM. For the second booking, the bus was delayed. I want refund.

@nuegoindia not a trusted brand I have traveled in many buses booked through @makemytrip but Nuego is the first bus which didn't show up my PNR no.was 13387847, I kept waiting for the bus from 6:10pm for a 6:20pm bus the driver didn't stop at the pick up point nor gave me a call

@EurekaForbes I regret taking their AMC I've struggled with services always. 2nd Feb CM-020226-66137988 and another complaint raised on 5th March CM-050326-68040715 is not resolved and I'm managing without water from several days. Technicians don't respond.

@IFBAppliances it has been more than a week and no resolution my complaint no. is 1017691476. They are not able to find a simple part of machine. I regret leaving LG they were quite fast in services.

@makemytripcare As discussed sharing the screenshot of payment made to the sharing cab driver it was from Phagwara which is the next city after Jalandhar and Sirhind was drop point city before Rajpura as I was getting late for my meeting I called my executive to pick me up from there

@EurekaForbes I had a 2 year AMC and because of the pathetic service I don't think I'll take it again as whenever a request is raised you do get a message from Eureka for appointment timing and date but technicians don't come

@reliancejio I raised a reinstallation request on 31st July appointment was given for 1st of August and was automatically rescheduled for 4th of August and no-one has come to install it so it's been 5 days and I'm not able to use a service I'm paying for
