I’ve been reading about “high trust” companies. Research shows (not surprisingly) that these companies are more productive, have better collaboration between colleagues, who stay longer, and are happier in their jobs. Maybe the level of trust is more important than profit?

@pablotayl44 @PaulSwiv @marianne_eshaw @merseyrail It’s not really. You pay for a product the same way you pay for a service, if you never receive the product you’d complain and be refunded. If you don’t receive the service then you have the right to do the same.

If you paid for a T-shirt in a shop and they didn’t give a you a bag with a T-shirt in would you just walk out the shop and forget about it?

I am pleased by the government’s decision today to waive fees for EU nationals wishing to remain in the UK. I will now lobby hard for passport fees to be hiked up dramatically to prevent a mass exodus of UK nationals wishing to escape the chaos.
