Families absolutely should be off limits in politics. Come at me all you want but once you go after family you’ve crossed the line.
Just a couple weeks ago, “Rev” Susan Shumway’s campaign worker called my personal number numerous times and then called my wife’s work to smear her. Here is the phone call of that interaction with my wife’s employer and Shumway’s employee. You’ll hear how she not only berates me and my wife, this psycho representative of Shumway’s creepily just makes it known that I have daughters.
These tactics being used by the so called “Reverend” (or false prophet) who calls me a “bully” are wholly unacceptable. To take the time and research my wife, her employer, then call my wife’s work (why? To try and tortuously interfere with her employment?) and threaten to picket her business and then mention that you know I have daughters shows how mentally unstable these people truly are.
Now, law enforcement has to monitor not only my wife’s work and our home, but my girls as well since it’s clear these people will do anything to try and gain political power.
I thought you all were mentally unwell when you supported taxpayer funded sexual surgeries for minors, but this is next level insanity.
This form of harassment will not be tolerated
This decision is ignorant. I’d enjoy watching @elijahhaahr represent this firefighter (Elijah was the first MO House Speaker with whom I served). Speaker Haahr is an attorney who happened to be home educated. I’m confident he could run circles around the council members!
As VP @JDVance has called himself a hillbilly from Appalachia, Trump-endorsed @JasonSmithMO calls himself a hillbilly from the Ozarks and shares why he is a Republican:
"I am a Republican because the Republican Party is the party of the working class."
Missouri's own Congressman, @RepJasonSmith from the eighth District and Chairman of the House ways and means Committee speaks from the stage at the HISTORIC midterm convention about the REAL economic benefits for working Americans in the OBBB!
The DOJ is taking the fight against health care fraud to Philadelphia after charging 19 defendants in an alleged $4 million Medicare and Medicaid scam. Every dollar stolen from these programs is a dollar taken from the Americans who rely on them.

BREAKING: The House has passed legislation to make Daylight Saving Time permanent nationwide, ending the twice-a-year clock changes by a 308-117 vote. Backed by President Trump, the bill now heads to the Senate. If approved and signed into law, Americans would no longer have to change their clocks.
As recovery efforts continue in Iron and Reynolds Counties and the surrounding communities, more than 300 rescue missions have been successfully completed. That is a testament to the extraordinary work of our first responders, law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, dispatchers, and volunteers who answered the call without hesitation. Their courage and selfless service have made a tremendous difference during this disaster.
Today, my staff were on the ground meeting with state and local officials to receive updates and assess the ongoing response efforts. My office remains in close contact with emergency management and local leaders, and we stand ready to assist however we can. If you or someone you know needs assistance navigating federal resources as recovery continues, please don’t hesitate to contact my office.
I couldn’t be more grateful to the Missouri National Guard for safely rescuing more than 200 campers and counselors from Camp Taum Sauk.
Please continue praying for everyone affected by these floods, especially the families who have suffered heartbreaking loss, and continue to exercise caution as these floods continue. We’ll keep working to ensure our communities have the support and information they need in the days ahead.
Today's extraordinary efforts reflect the very best of our state emergency response teams, resulting in hundreds of Missourians being saved from dangerous floodwaters.
We will continue supporting communities as response and recovery efforts move forward.
✍ ️Governor Mike Kehoe has officially signed SB 1421 into law in Missouri. This public safety omnibus bill includes a provision requiring criminal background checks for Missouri summer camp staff and volunteers.
Missouri now joins 36 other states in adopting this baseline protective measure to ensure campers are not exposed to criminals like registered sex offenders. The new requirement will be in effect for the 2027 camp season.
We are grateful to our sponsors Rep. Cameron Parker and Sen. @NickBSchroer as well as Rep. Mike Jones for their determination to include background checks for summer camp staff in SB 1421.
Through the Safe Summers Action Fund, we will continue to keep children safe by expanding our camp safety reform efforts in Missouri and across the U.S.

It was a bitter sweet morning today as I joined my longtime friend Faune Riggin for the last time on the air.
I first met Faune in 2013 when she was the moderator on a panel during my first campaign to represent Missouri’s 8th District. Since then, I've had the pleasure of building a friendship with her both on and off the air. She’s always been a straight shooter, and that’s why she has been such a beloved voice in Southeast Missouri for the past 25 years.
Please join me in congratulating her on an astounding career behind the microphone, and wish her the very best in her next chapter.

Today in Jefferson City, DADvocates Patrick Marsh and Lars Hollis met with Missouri legislators to advocate for camp safety legislation in honor of their daughters, Sarah and Virginia, and the other #Heavens27 who lost their lives during floods while in the care of Camp Mystic last July 4th.
We are incredibly grateful for these parents who turn their pain into purpose – and thankful for our bill champions, Rep. Cameron Parker and Sen. @NickBSchroer, who continue working tirelessly to ensure summer camp in Missouri is both safe and fun. Missouri lacks any youth camp regulation, and House Bill 3142 proposes a solution. Please help us advocate for these common-sense safety reforms to progress in the #MOleg before time runs out!
