మీరు గత 2022 లో నోటిఫై చేసిన జూనియర్ లెక్చరర్స్ పోస్టులను ముందు భర్తీ చేయకుండా డీయస్సీ పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేస్తే గురుకులాల్లో లాగా మళ్లీ వేల బ్యాక్ లాగ్ పోస్టులు ఉత్పన్నమయ్యే ప్రమాదం ఉంది. కొంచెం ఆలోచించండి.

జూనియర్ లెక్చరర్స్ కు అప్లై చేసిన వాళ్లే చాలా మంది డీయస్సీ కూడా అప్లై చేసి ఉంటారు.
జనరల్ గా జూనియర్ లెక్చరర్ జీతం ఎక్కువ కాబట్టి, వాళ్లు డీయస్సీ లో టీచర్ గా సెలెక్ట్ అయినా చాలా మంది ఎక్కువ జీతం ఉన్న JL పోస్టు కే పోయే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. అప్పుడు డీయస్సీ పోస్టులు భారీగా ఖాళీ ఐతవి. ఇప్పుడు రిలింక్విష్మెంట్ ఆప్షన్ లేదంటున్నారు కాబట్టి ఖాళీలను ఈ మెరిట్ లిస్టుతో భర్తీ చేయలేం. అందుకే మళ్లీ పరీక్ష పెట్టాలి. అది ఎప్పుడయితదో తెల్వదు.

సులువైన పరిష్కారం:
అందుకే వెంటనే TGPSC ని JL పరీక్ష ఫలితాలు ఇచ్చి రిక్రూట్మెంట్ పూర్తి చేయమని చెప్పండి. దీనివల్ల వేల మంది డీయస్సీ అభ్యర్థులకు లాభం చేకూరుతుంది. బాక్లాగుల సమస్య కూడా ఉత్పన్నం కాదు.
ఇది వీలు కాదంటే వెంటనే రిలింక్విష్మెంట్ ఆప్షన్ ను అయినా పునరుద్ధరించండి.

నేను గతంలో జరిగిన గురుకుల రిక్రూట్మెంట్ సమయంలో కూడా ఈ విషయాన్ని మీ దృష్టికి తీసుకువచ్చాను, కాని మీరు విన్నట్లు నటించారు కాని సమస్య పరిష్కరించే ప్రయత్నం చేయలేదు. అందువల్ల వేల మంది అభ్యర్థులు రోడ్డు మీద పడ్డారు.

ఈ సారి మళ్లీ ఆ తప్పు చేయరని ఆశిస్తున్న.
