The Rev Ugolor noted that the MANTRA project which monitored the disbursement of the Abacha II ($322.5M) for Conditional Cash Transfer Programme to poorest of the poor in the country had the beneficiary list mined from the National Social Register domiciled in NASSCO.

Savings and Group Mobilisation training for @HUPcct beneficiaries ongoing at Okwighele Community, Okpe Local Government Area, Delta State. Besides giving beneficiaries bi-monthly stipends of 10,000, their capacity is also being built to enable them establish a livelihood.
