That’s not how things work. I would tell the patient CABG vs. medical management , that’s it. PCIs is just changing one disease process for another , none is good. Made it 15 ys. He made his choice already

@javadm20 How about a simple balloon septoplasty. Aramada peripheral balloons are cheap and an 6x40 could solve this issue in 10 seconds without risking PV tears
