@SmolderingFatty @CNviolations First and foremost the cyclist is traveling far to fast to be on the foot path. Also made no attempt to slow down or stop. So the cyclist is completely at fault, speeding, unsafe use of a pedestrian way and failing to stop. You can’t just tbone people.
