@amazon AI is nothing but a joke when your customer service model is offshore and non existent. I thought the new administration was promoting keeping jobs in the us. 🤣🤣🤣

@MemphisWillcox @amazon @ring I am agreeing 💯. AI and offshore cust service is a joke. Amzn has turned to very predatory and shady practices. I am still waiting for a refund after 3 weeks. I am also cancelling my prime and ordering zero going forward.

@TashaMahal @amazon @ring Hi Elise, just wanted to share I am also waiting endlessly for a refund from Amazon for a high dollar item that I never received. Their fancy new AI and offshore Cust Svc is a joke. Cust svc seems to delay any resolution. Hope you receive your refund. ❤️
