Are you talking about the same expert, Dick Marty, who needed protection after a plot linked to Serbian intelligence to assassinate him and blame Albanians — and whose organ-trafficking claims led to the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, which never proved them?
An American-Serbian co-production, The Harvest, about organ trafficking involving murdered Serb civilians in Kosovo and Metohija linked to the ‘Yellow House’ as documented by Swiss expert and Council of Europe rapporteur Dick Marty - somehow labeled as Russian propaganda. Interesting math. 🤷♂️
Račak case
Immediately after the operataion in Račak, the district prosecutor in Pristina filed criminal charges for the wounding of one Serbian police officer, while concluding that there were “no grounds” to initiate any proceedings regarding the killing of dozens of Albanians.
On 18 June 2001, an international panel of the District Court in Pristina sentenced Serbian police officer Zoran Stanojević to 15 years in prison for the murder of one civilian and the wounding of two civilians in Račak. Stanojević served his sentence in Pristina until 2002, when he was transferred to a prison in Prokuplje as part of a prisoner exchange. On 25 August 2009, he was pardoned by Serbian President Boris Tadić and released from prison.
when one criminalized regime falls, the entire network realizes #propaganda, secret services, and authoritarian “friendships” are no longer real protection.

The arrest of #Maduro spread fear to his "amigos" too, especially in the #Balkans, where power often rests on propaganda, fear, and criminal ties.

It’s no coincidence #Vučić called #Maduro a “great friend,” just as it’s no coincidence that Maduro’s #Venezuela refuses to recognize Kosovo.
From a cyber & hybrid-threat perspective, the reason is simple:

@jattali@Olivier_Guerot@FranceauKosovo
@shonemicto@tvojchalebrale you see, even if you don't believe the facts, you still have this types of people among you, who are happy to do what you believe was a fake story. Filthy beings.
Like in Feb 9 elections, Serbia uses credible outlets like @euronews in hybrid warfare against Kosovo. Funded by the EU, it pushes propaganda, calls Kosovo "so-called state," and backs Lista Srpska. Dangerous disinformation ahead of elections! @RihoTerras@lukasmandl@kajakallas
