This book is one of the best books I've read so far. I loved the idea that everyone has a personal legend, and that it's our purpose in life to pursue it. I also found the idea of the universe conspiring to help us achieve our dreams to be very inspiring.

We should work towards breaking the stigma around periods and advocating for menstrual equity. This includes fighting for access to menstrual products, education, and proper disposal facilities.
Together, we can make menstruation a normal fact of life by 2030✌️
#MHDay2023
Periods are a natural part of life and menstrual products should not be considered a luxury. Everyone deserves access to safe and affordable menstrual products.

It’s important that we all get vaccinated. This would bring about a decline in the number of active cases of Covid-19 in our country.
