Today we took over Snowden Fields 97th Parkrun (Crowland, Lincolnshire). We had a great morning and this dog kindly helped us collect the markers in by picking one up whilst he was running!

After 2 years, our 10k race is back again - who fancies a fast, flat, “ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT FOR A PB” course in South Lincolnshire on 2 October? If you’re not in London for the marathon, come and run this one instead! £18 or £20, chip timing, goody bags, food.

Not only was this the longest run in yonks, more importantly for the first time EVER I managed to get a Hygge band to stay on my head over Aftershokz for the whole run (apologies for scary, skanky, post run selfie, but this represents a real achievement for me!)
