@CoachFHM Also, angling out can bias vastus medialis over lateralis. I learned that because I had weak medialis compared to my lateralis and the torque upon quad flexion rotated the patella, making it pop as it wasn't in the right groove when sliding.
@rnewton7777 Taking differential equations in college is actually what pushed me over the edge of being interested enough in how options work to try it. Very thankful for that
@B1J7_@Alvi19478870@blackfly1982@PeatyRM I started feeling way too relaxed from it, but pushed through. Now it feels right again. I think I was just adapted to using cortisol for energy and I have to learn to get away from that.

@my_fist_toe@DigitalFringed1 Civ 5 is the only one I've played, I love it. And yeah great picks for the first two. Those two games are probably 80% of all the gaming hours I've ever had
@JasonC88766481@lowmegatron There's a difference between NEEDING it to barely scrape by and optimizing for the best health possible. Most people now and throughout history have been malnourished in at least some nutrients, but we get by
@ratw1fe@winesmithing@IterIntellectus The #s are tiny compared to women's death toll. More babies have been aborted in just the last few decades that the amount of people killed in all wars in all of human history. A third of Gen Z was murdered in the womb
