He's absolutely right. It's a luxury brand made famous by a notorious jerk/a hole, whose products are made by slave labor, and somehow their users are convinced that this "new" technology they profess to have invented that's been around for 5 yrs is "genius."

@AlexandraSalmon Not wrong. There is definitely a lot of this. But incentives drive behavior, and there's enough of a perceived incentive for these parents to keep this kind of behavior going. And organizations will be there to answer that call. It's not going away, is the point.
Shohei Ohtani has a 0.73 ERA.
The only other starters in the last 30 years with an ERA that low through their first eight starts of a season are Jacob deGrom (0.71 in 2021) and Zack Greinke (0.60 in 2009).
Training for a marathon the right way does take a lot of time. And i am married with three kids and run a business. It’s not easy. There’s sacrifice. Lots of dark mornings alone. Running 13 miles before breakfast on Mother’s Day.
I bet you could make time. I do. You just don’t.
@ianpauldukes Not knowing that wealth is literally collectively decided upon by all of us assigning value in the marketplace has become a problem. We should do a better job of explaining this in high school.
