He has had an emergency decompressive hemicraniectomy, left-sided, where the likely dominant brain side is damaged forever. He will probably never be able to speak again, and never be able to feel and move the right side of his body.
At his age, the reason for that is most likely a mass intracranial hemorrhage and swelling due to severe head trauma. He must have also spent a long time in a coma, hence the tracheostomy.

This is, without much room for doubt, the face of a tortured man who has barely survived an emergency procedure, which in normal circumstances would be extremely uncommon for someone his age - and whose quality of life has been reduced to almost zero forever.

A Pakistani sanitation worker in Месса was humbly supplicating to God to provide for him due to the debts that had piled up on him in his home country.

Then a video of him spread, prompting one of the philanthropists in the land of the Two Holy Mosques to reach out to him. Upon learning of his situation, he decided to pay off all his debts in full...

And when asked about the supplication, he replied that he had been invoking the prayer for sustenance that the Messenger of God had made when a guest came to him.

So the Prophet sent to his wives seeking food from them, but they replied that they had nothing with them.

He then said: "O Allah, I ask You from Your bounty and mercy, for no one possesses them but You..."

And it was only moments later that a roasted sheep was gifted to the Prophet.

O Allah, suffice us with what is lawful from what is unlawful...
and enrich us through Your bounty from all besides You.

The Trump plan on #Gaza in the short term serves three purposes:

1. Rebrand the genocide as a “war” and get world leaders to echo that framing. Again show the two as equal powers and Israel's crimes as acts of self defence.

2. Give heads of state—especially in Europe, Arab countries, and Muslim-majority states—an opportunity to save face with their citizens, deflect responsibility for their failure to intervene, and blame Hamas for sabotaging any path to stopping the genocide and take pressure of Israel.

3. Break Palestinian morale by exposing the surrender of the Arab and Muslim world before the Zionist powers.

But what if the Palestinians do not give up? What if they refuse to surrender and reject these terms? Where would these so-called defenders of Islam and Muslims hide their faces then?

Abu Dharr reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what will save a servant from the Hellfire?” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Faith in Allah.” I said, “O Prophet of Allah, what deeds must accompany faith?” The Prophet said, “He should give in charity from what he has been provided.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what if he is poor and does not find anything to give in charity?” The Prophet said, “He should enjoin good and forbid evil.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what if he cannot enjoin good and forbid evil?” The Prophet said, “He should work for the needy.” I said, “What if he, himself, is needy and unable to work?” The Prophet said, “He should support the oppressed.” I said, “What if he is weak and cannot support the oppressed?” The Prophet said, “You do not want your companion deprived of goodness! Let him refrain from harming people.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, will he enter Paradise if he does that?” The Prophet said, “No Muslim acts upon one of these virtues but that it will take him by the hand to enter Paradise.”
