A disturbing video from #Kerhala , #Sillod , #Chhatrapati #Sambhajinagar , Maharashtra appears to show an ox being relentlessly beaten, poked/pricked with sticks and driven along the road. Another ox reportedly collapsed.

The motorcycle Number Seen in Video footage : MH-20 CC-1117

Footage establishes deliberate penetration/sexual abuse with a stick, it must be specifically investigated.

Immediate rescue & veterinary examination, preservation of the video, identification of everyone involved, vehicle/driver tracing and FIR against all this Criminals for abusing an animal for race. Arrest them as per law.

Applicable provisions to examine:

• PCA Act §11(1)(a) - beating/treating an animal causing unnecessary pain or suffering

• PCA Act §11(1)(l) - if conduct involves unnecessarily cruel killing/maiming

• BNS §325
if deliberate maiming/killing is established and its legal ingredients apply

• Motor Vehicles Act §184 dangerous driving may be examined for the motorcycles, depending on the proven conduct.

These subhuman filth live at 20 Market Ztreet, Paddock HD1 4RU, they tortured a young dog for months and he ultimately died after being euthanised by a vet on humane grounds after being sealed in a car for hours in 30c heat, they were filmed bringing his half dead body into the property.

This is following a previous history of leaving numerous dogs chained up to starve.

We've been told they're moving out in less than a week, one of their vehicles is a black Ford Focus, FP15 CTK and a black Mercedes VK61 NUB
