I do not pretend to be an explosive or ballistics expert, but if the defense team say yup he did it can we remove the death penalty. That kind of says a lot to me, i like tangible facts.

If you have access to other courts documents forensic evidence that dispute what the defense attorney stated lease share i would be more than happy to entertain it.

@gatorgar @existentialmeat This where human nature come in to play , if someone already has a bias in one direction or another . Most likely that decision was made before they pushed play. I have seen some surveys go the opposite. That determined by the target audience and what side of the fence they are.

Innocent or not has already been determined. And it was as far as a debate it would be on both parties to prove their case.
