@TUIUK Could I get a response please. Still no rebooked flight and no refund for the cancelled flight. I’ve tried online chat and calling but my call just gets cut off straight away. This has been nearly a month!

@British_Airways Hi Soph, we weren’t rebooked and wasn’t contacted! Still to this day we have heard nothing! I’m not happy with the level of customer service we received. This was the first time we was flying with BA. I’m very concerned about our return flight!
