@TfL has anyone else been getting additional £12 daily charges on top of their daily tube fares. Can’t get a hold of anyone to discuss the issue but additional £12 a day I can not afford!

@DVLAgovuk - phone number is out of use but it has been 17 weeks since sending licence paperwork! Need my licence for a living.....could you please send the number to enable to get this moved...!

@DVLAgovuk Thank you… unfortunately there is never a further update on this. 17 weeks is quite a link time and appreciate pandemic restrains. As a front line myself I do understand but to be able actually use to support family

@DVLAgovuk - Urgently need help what is happening with my mothers driving licence. She is a fulltime carer for her grandson and without this makes things extremely difficult. She started the process in May 2021....people rely on this!
