@VodafoneUK I was offered an upgrade deal, I advised I would think about it and call back later. When I called back no deal existed, very rude customer service, awful complaints department and still no call back from a manager.

@Homebase_uk ordered in March, still not here! I've been very patient given the current situation but it's running thin when you dont respond to messages & phone lines don't work. Do I have to put myself at unneccessary risk and visit a store just to speak to a homebase employee?

@Homebase_uk I placed an order on the 28th March 2020. I've emailed 2x but no response. Whilst I appreciate there might be delays, I don't appreciate the lack of contact. Phone lines are closed, emails unanswered. If you cannot fulfil orders stop taking them. Please DM me.
