@aquafoxe16 @staylorHistory I do not agree with this statement of New Mexico not having wonderful school systems. I do believe that the system is a little broken unfortunately, but there is only so much teachers are able to do for students who do not want to learn.
@DanitzaSh0rTy WWII actually started before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. This effect just caused President Roosevelt to declare that the U.S. would aid Great Britain and the Soviet Union in the war.
@AverySuina Santa Fe, New Mexico actually had one of the largest Internment camps holding about 4,555 Japanese-Americans. It is devastating to learn that we nearly did what what the world judges the Nazi Germans for doing.
Not just Japanese-Americans were imprisoned in the internment camps, Italians and Germans who were suspected of being disloyal were imprisoned as well. #nmhist
The New Deal unfortunately did not highly impact the Great Depression. America's involvement in WWII pulled the the nation out of the Great Depression. #nmhist
