@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, unable to connect to certain websites with timeout issues. Changed my DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 but still no joy. Tethering from my mobile so I'm not using Sky Broadband gets around the problem. Any other ideas?

@RandoxOfficial @RandoxHealth still no sign of today’s day 5 test, what times do your couriers delivery until? Means I won’t be able to get the test to you before you close at 4-5pm in Birmingham. Call dropped after an hour of waiting on hold. Very disappointed

@BBCBreaking @BBCNews Due to fly back on Monday, do the people I live with in the UK have to quarantine also? I’ve been in Balearics for two weeks with no problems, even introducing face masks. Will the quarantine restriction be localised to mainland Spain or include the Balearic Islands?
