@ScalerSupport @scaler_official @scaler_official @ScalerSupport First you lure us by giving loans for your pricey courses. & if we dont use then why pay the loan? We paid half, dont give refund but atleast waive the loan off?

The worst education institute I have come accross who is just behind earning money and has no emotions for the students. My close friend took up sclaer course and as she didn't have money, took a loan from them.

We don't want refund, but atleast waive off the balance amount.We didn't use even 5% of your course. Be an educational institution with some heart!

@EduMinOfIndia @scaler_official She is trying their customer care but they say they can't help on this and there is no reply on emails. She is getting unlimited calls from loan department and is getting harassed. Kindly help @scaler_official have some emotions for your students.

Do to her financial condition, she had to take up job and couldn't do the course at scaler, her attendance was barely 5%. She had paid half of the loan and asked for waiver for second half, but she is not getting any response from Scaler @EduMinOfIndia @scaler_official
