Play is learning
PLAY IS LEARNING
Play is strongly linked to learning in young children, especially in areas such as problem-solving, language acquisition, literacy, numeracy, and social, physical, and emotional skills.

I've really enjoyed making this podcast with Glenn @circletimepodc1
It's a rare opportunity to chat with a fellow manager about the many, and very varied, aspects of being a nursery manager. Second episode is just released! #TeamEC#EYMatters#EYTagTeam
So interesting listening to Dr Rosemary Roberts launch her book What Matters for Family Wellbeing at @YorkStJohn yesterday. Great panel discussion too and looking forward to partnerships that develop and next year's get together! https://t.co/jcunsnT15B #EYMatters#EYSharing
This is fantastic news and very well deserved by everyone who has put so much into making Early Talk for York such a wonderful success for so many children.
@hsamuelhelp My beautiful new engagement ring has lost its stone, only had it since April. How can anyone be 'confident of quality' your website promises. A diamond that comes out after such a short time shows some very poor quality. Could not be more upset, what a waste of ยฃยฃ!
@Sue_Cowley@AaronTeamEC That's my thoughts too. It's so complicated to find and check qualifications, the range in offer is so vast and for those choosing the course it's not always clear whether they will end up with a recognised and accepted qualification.
@JoFreeRangePlay Still using this phrase "Currently, all three-ย and four-year-olds are entitled to 15 hours per week of free childcare or early education" ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ
This has been such a wonderful development of a learning experience to observe. Giving children the words to name their emotions leads on to understanding them and how to support each other's wellbeing. @PeanutsNursery#earlylanguage#EYTagTeam#EYMatters#Wellbeing#EYShare
