What we need now is a Tees Mayor we can trust @chrismcewan11 & a Police and Crime Commissioner who will provide a named police officer in every area @MattForPCC. Both will work with the Council to deliver on jobs, development and policing
🚨Proud to be campaigning with @MattForPCC
I am keen that safer streets are priority for local people as is crime reduction
We need to work collectively to crack down on crime
Liz Truss’s resignation honours list is full of rewards for failure.
It is proof positive of Rishi Sunak's weakness and a slap in the face to working people.
Yesterday, the PM Sunak donated 6 boxes of mince pies to front line workers.
On the same day, the Mayor of Greater Manchester @AndyBurnhamGM donated 15% of his salary to help tackle homelessness, which he does every month.
Compare and contrast....
NEW: This is the moment Tamworth's Conservative candidate Andrew Cooper makes a swift exit as Sarah Edwards begins her winning speech.
He was in the building for less than five minutes.

Our schools are crumbling.
Our children are paying the price.
After 13 years of Tory government, our public services are falling apart.
We are not complacent and still have work to do, but it is clear that momentum is with Scottish Labour.
The Scottish people are clearly turning against incompetence and division.
We are working to build a majority for change and deliver for Scotland.

Yesterday, the Conservatives tried to play political games - blaming Labour for Ben Houchen's parking charges.
Cross-party councillors including Labour, Lib Dems and Independents united to call on the Mayor to keep funding free parking.
The Tories refused to support us.
Labour was proud to repeal the ban against LGBT+ people serving in our Forces. Today, we strongly welcome the PM's apology as a recognition of their mistreatment.
Ministers must now act on the Etherton review to fix the lives broken by the ban. It is what LGBT+ veterans deserve.
