@lilyraynyc We have it as a source in both UA and GA4. GA4 attributes less traffic to Discover. I'm still using UA, waiting for Research team to fix the Unassigned. Not sure about the sorcery behind this, but we sent this article to Research some time ago, and voilà:

This was five months ago. My advice is still the same >> "If you want to outgrow and outsmart everyone in your niche, then make sure that you never become a part of that niche and remain an outsider because outsiders win, whether in life, career or business."
So, if you want to improve your analytics skills, it is important that you don’t attend any event nor become a part of any group which has anything to do with measurement, analytics and conversion optimization.
Similarly, if you want to improve your SEO skills, don't join SEO groups or attend SEO events.
.
.
My advice may sound counter-intuitive, but it works wonders.
Because I concluded a long time ago that people in groups suffer from group thinking and tend not to challenge the majority/popular opinion.
That leads to stagnation and a lack of innovation and growth.
For example, one popular opinion in the measurement community is that 'SQL is not dying'. But I beg to differ.
.
.
I used to wonder how I was able to write all these books. Where did all this knowledge come from?
Over time, I concluded that most of the knowledge I have acquired has not come from being a part of any group but from being an independent thinker, an outsider. I draw my own conclusions.
.
.
You won’t be able to think outside the box once you become a part of your niche.
You will then start playing by the rules of your tribe and eventually get crushed by outsiders.
If you think you are not growing, that’s because you can not see the forest for the tree. You can’t see the opportunities.
.
.
You need to get out of your comfort zone. This comfort zone can be your company, your group, your city or even your country.
Become an outsider so that you can become an independent and unconventional thinker and play by your own rules.
History is full of conquerors who were outsiders from Romans, Vikings to Mongols. They managed to conquer distant foreign lands because they did not play by the same rules as the native population.
@HelenPollitt1 It requires extracting the referral using advanced filters in UA. This however doesn't work in GA4 because it doesn't have the advanced filters like UA, I found a non-elegant way around that too by adding utm parameters. Here's the blog I wrote - https://t.co/cniNzqZcZJ
· Drink water
· Get 8-10k steps a day
· Fix your sleeping habits
· Strength train 3-4x a week
· Eat a high protein nutrient dense diet
Do this for 2 years & people will say you have good genetics.
@LiveCareer LiveCareer is a fraudster company. I ended my subscription twice, but still, your system is not ending my subscription and charging me again and again.
What the hell is wrong with you guys? I want all my money back.

3 Good reasons bounce rate is not a Google ranking factor:
1. It varies based on the channel and time range you select
2. Single-page sessions don't = a bad experience
3. Users can convert on a landing page and still be considered a bounced session
