@bt_uk Smart hub has disconnected and now sits with an ironic green light on display. No amount of resetting clears it.. What's going on??

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@BTCare Nope, all blue.

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@BTCare Spoke to soon! We've been having problems for the last two days. No amount of restarting router or devices seems to help..!

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@BTCare I opted out out bt wifi with fon last night and this morning it all works again. Thanks.

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@BTCare No errors. They can see the network but are unable to connect. I see others have had problems - something to do with bt-wifi-with-fon?

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@BTCare Yep, no dice.

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@bt_uk why do none of my devices connect to my smart hub?! It was all fine on Wednesday, now only a rogue iPad is working.

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@BTCare scratch that. Back to flashing yellow.

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@BTCare Hmm. At the moment, everything seems fine and the light is blue. No faults in the area. Will let you know..! Thanks.

@bt_uk is there a problem in London W6? Our router is lighting up like a premature christmas tree.

Security guard at work has lost my #Reading tickets before they even got to me! @officialrandl won't reissue. What is the point of barcodes?

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@EE okay, following.

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@EE yep, iPhone 6

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

No service in Prague @EE?

[Harry Mackenzie @HaroldM88]

@clarentina I'm not sure that mine was particularly helpful, but you're welcome anyway haha
