@Xmorosini@bradflora A lot of the sites are actually more developed than you’d think and have fiber already. But you are right, there is a huge opportunity to deploy these pods directly at the substations, which we are exploring!

Good points! Not fake, we’re this at the moment - starting with our pod 32 (32X B300s, liquid cooled) which deploys this month.
From there we’re working on getting a factory up and running where we will start to build some of the most constrained components, like the transformer.
Indeed regulatory is actually where the MDC approach shines really strongly. A sub-1 MW module will sit on already zoned industrial land behind an existing metre and doesn't trigger the permitting fights that stall these 100 MW campuses. Generally those are interconnection queues, reasoning, water permits and municipal government opposition.
The muni governments and their utilities like these small data centres a lot more because it's a fast and clean way to generate revenue of old industrial sites.
