Unacceptable! Complaint pending since Mar for my washing machine. Despite a 4yr extended warranty, technicians are demanding advance cash. 50+ days and the machine is still dead. Resolve this or I’m filing a formal case

I purchased a Croma washing machine with a 4yr extended warranty, but now I have a problem with the door. I complained about it a long time ago, yet the technician told me to pay in advance before the service visit and is charging for basic machine cleaning.

@zomatocare I didn't get any revert and any type of response from zomato really unprofessional behaviour I just want to tell all people don't order food from zomato they don't take any responsibility of hygiene or healthy food delivery never check anything....

I ordered hakka noodles from the momos both west patel nagar by zomato i see plastic polythin piece in noodles and I reported it on zomato but they guys are taking it lightly. I never expect this kind of behavior they are totally irresponsible. @zomato @zomatocare
