The fight doesn’t end here. Our determined pursuit of Tax-Free Rent Accommodation continues—with focused advocacy, unyielding resolve, and a voice that refuses to be ignored.

This benefit was long enjoyed by officers due to writ petitions filed by @aiboc_in, and now, our leadership at @aiboc_in is once again gearing up for a renewed legal battle—to restore relief and fairness for officers who are taxed on accommodation.

Recent incidents of verbal and physical abuse on bankers in Maharashtra over language issues are deeply concerning. @aiboc_in Maharashtra State has submitted a formal appeal to Hon’ble Dy CMs Shri @mieknathshinde ji & Shri @AjitPawarSpeaks ji, urging decisive action.

The Dy CMs acknowledged the crucial role played by bankers in implementing key govt schemes like 'Ladki Bahin Yojana' and assured timely intervention. They have directed police authorities & SLBC to act firmly and prevent recurrence of such incidents.

They also emphasized the need for bankers to maintain a polite and supportive attitude while serving the public.

In line with their guidance, we appeal to all bankers to sincerely implement the Trilingual Policy, with due respect for the local language—ensuring harmony and avoiding any grounds for grievance.

We trust and are really hopeful that the Govt of Maharashtra will ensure a safe, respectful environment for all bankers.

Public Sector Bank (PSB) employees deserve the right to choose their own pension fund manager. It’s their hard-earned money, and they should have control over its growth and security.

Why should PSB employees’ retirement funds grow by only 7-9% while others enjoy 14-18% returns? This disparity in the National Pension System (NPS) is unjust.

@ChairmanPFRDA ,@PFRDAOfficial @FinMinIndia @DFS_India, should enforce their advisory and end this discrimination. Employees deserve the freedom to choose high-performing funds and secure a dignified retirement.

@BCG, with @ficci_india & @IBA_org_in, reports PSB employee costs doubled in 10 years but omits that profit per employee increased 4 times. PSB profits rose from ₹37,000 Cr (2014, 8 lakh staff) to ₹1,41,000 Cr (2024, 7.5 lakh staff).
We condemn this biased report.

3 culprits were arrested in the Manhandling incident that occurred at Loni Devkar Branch of BOB at Indapur. Today delegation of various Bank organizations are going to meet Hon.Collector of Pune to ensure that remaining culprits are nabbed and strict action is taken against all the culprits.

This is to bring to your immediate attention @mieknathshinde, @Dev_Fadnavis, @AjitPawarSpeaks, @nsitharamanoffc ,@ChiefIba that an incident of manhandling with an officer at Bank of Baroda in Loni Devkar happened yesterday. FIR has been lodged under the following sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023:

- Section 189(2)
- Section 190
- Section 191(2)
- Section 115(2)
- Section 118(2)
- Section 137(2)
- Section 138(2)
- Section 151(2)
- Section 352
- Section 351(2)
- Section 351(3)

we urgently request @ssaunik ,@CMOMaharashtra that this matter be taken up with the Hon’ble District Magistrate. It is imperative that the culprits be immediately taken into police custody to prevent any further harm or obstruction of justice.

Furthermore, considering the seriousness of the charges under the aforementioned sections of the BNS, 2023, we also request that you ensure that the accused are not granted bail. The sections under which the FIR has been lodged are non-bailable, and it is crucial that the law is enforced to its full extent to maintain public order and uphold justice.

Your prompt action @MahaDGIPR @DGPMaharashtra in this matter will be highly appreciated to ensure that the legal process is not undermined and that the perpetrators are brought to justice without delay.

Though the culprit Mr.Mayur Borde is arrested but this reprehensible act has instilled fear and insecurity among the bank staff, who now find it increasingly difficult to serve the public under such hostile conditions. Given the proximity of the upcoming elections, there is a real and pressing concern that such incidents may become more frequent unless decisive action is taken to curb this menace.

We urgently request respected @mieknathshinde , @Dev_Fadnavis @AjitPawarSpeaks to instruct @CollectorJalna @sp_jalna and @ssaunik @DGPMaharashtra to take immediate steps to ensure that he is dealt with in accordance with the full force of the law.
