@chilternrailway Thanks for your reply, it’s appreciated. However Adverstising that you’re busy doesn’t help solve the situation on what is clearly an important and busy line. The solution is more carriages, which considering what people are paying is not an unreasonable request in my opinion

@chilternrailway @AngusHarley5 I regularly use Leamington spa to Marylebone line and I cannot believe there aren’t more trains / more carriages as so often no seats and a very uncomfortable journey. Saturday mornings particularly bad. Clearly a popular line and much more to be done to improve customer service
