@makemytrip @makemytripcare is very bad service provider, had booked a flight for 12 people with them, now @airindia has rescheduled it, now i am trying to get refund all they are connecting me is with AI agents who is giving me system generated answers, shame! @DGCAIndia

Had a worst flying experience with @airastana Nightmare for people, they behave so rudely, detained one man just because he was asking questions on the flight which was 12 hrs kate, no proper food arrangements, no water, no compensation, Just pure chaos.
