Yesterday, Squirrel Class went on a trip to @LongMelfordSch where we got to meet some Rainforest animals. The children were great and a lot held or stroked most of the animals. Thanks for hosting us and @ouranimalworld1 for a wonderful experience
This afternoon, Squirrel Class were learning all about joints, with the help of our school skeleton (Napoleon Bonaparte) and how they work.

Today we said farewell (for now) to Miss Rowbotham as she begins her maternity leave. We wish you all the best, we will miss you but look forward to meeting bump soon πΆ
On Wednesday, Squirrel and Kestrel classes performed their play of 'Pirates of the Curry Bean'

Yesterday we held our own election, with the pupils in Kestrel class forming their own political parties. They then delivered their manifesto to the rest of the school, the children then went to our polling station and voted. @HartestKestrel

Blayne was at Blaxhall Motocross Track, playing football with his friend.
As people were packing up, a transit van began reversing back without looking. Blayne's friend was behind the van, running for the ball
Squirrel Class visited @KentwellHall for the Tudor recreation day this Tuesday. They had a fantastic time experiencing Tudor life and learning all about cheese-making, beer making, medicines, sewing, the camera obscura and their favourite, the Alchemist (including an explosion!)
This week, Kestrel class have taken part in their bikeability. The instructors have fed back a glowing report of what a credit they are to our school, they have been polite and listened to instructions. Well done Kestrels, we are all very proud of you! π· @HartestPrimary
Yesterday, the years 4,5 & 6 joined five other schools for our annual WCET Festival organised by Suffolk County Music Service. They performed in Ashlar House we were very proud of them all. They also performed a great rendition of @edsheeran Lego House
Hedgehog Class have spent the afternoon making their Father's Day cards.

This afternoon was Kestrel's turn for being in Forest School. They collected grasses to find which are on our site, toasted marshmallows over the fire and then the Yr 6's took control of the camera! @HartestPrimary
The first day of Yr6 SAT's has gone well, starting with early morning croissants for breakfast π₯
