How I set up my daily notes while rounding on patients:
~ 7 columns ~
1) Name/room#/Past medical history (cropped out of photo for privacy)
2) Primary problem we are treating
3) Vitals
4) intake/outputs
5) labs 🧪
6) Important medications (for us: antiplatelet/anticoagulation/fibrinolytics/antibiotics etc)
7) things to follow up on or review before going home with checkboxes for once completed ☑️
