Yeah that's the thing, of course we have to listen to our Bishops, but we listen to OUR bishops. If some random Bishop in Bulgaria says "divorce is always fine always" 1. He should be defrocked because that's wrong on so many levels but 2. He's not MY bishop. He isn't my shepherd.
