Today's photos, forming part of our 'Belongings & Belonging' campaign, have been sent in from Jamie Johnson, a Romani (Gypsy) man.
“These water cans and the bowl are from 1940. They were a present to my granny and granddad and were passed to my mum and dad on their wedding day 52 years ago. They were then passed to me and my wife, Julie, on our wedding day. My granddad washed my dad in this bowl when he was a baby, and he is 73. My dad washed me in the same bowl and I’m 43!”

Today's heirloom, forming part of our 'Belongings & Belonging' campaign, has been sent in from Patty Linfoot, a Romani (Gypsy) woman from Lancashire.
“This little Royal Worcester fruit pot was bought by my auntie over 40 years ago. She told me the story of when they was stopping around the Leeds area where they regularly travelled for work. She spotted it in a little shop and asked the lady if she could pay weekly for it. The price is still on the bottom, £7, it may not seem a lot now but in those days it was very expensive. Royal Worcester was a very sought after pottery in the Traveller community and still is now. My auntie gave me this little pot when I got married which is a tradition to pass down through the generations when the girls get married.”

But there is no room for complacency and more we must do to keep young people safe.
With @SadiqKhan we will continue to tackle the complex causes of violence.
In difficulty in the water? Remember these tips and float to live.
Your legs may sink and that's okay! Everybody floats differently. Practise at a safe location like a swimming pool to learn how you float best.
In a coastal emergency, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
