The Third US Circuit Court of Appeals (based in Philadelphia) just ruled 10-5 that New Jersey's ban on semi-automatic rifles and large capacity magazines (more than 10 rounds) is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
This is the first time that an appeals court ruled that a state's weapons ban violated the Second Amendment.
Unless you are following these things, or you just got lucky scrolling, you probably didn't see anything about this ruling because the lamestream media doesn't want you to know.
This court based it's decision on the SCOTUS 2022 Bruen decision. The Bruen decision stated in part that modern gun restrictions must be, "consistent with this nationโs historical tradition of firearm regulation.โ
Like I said before, the rifle bans and the magazine bans the Washington state Democrats passed are unconstitutional, and this sheriff will not enforce those unconstitutional laws.
It's time to have some gun shows.

CNN Analyst Just Admitted It: Network Execs Blocked Trumpโs Live Speech Because It Was โDangerousโ
CNNโs own media analyst let the mask slip on-air. NBC, ABC, and CNN refused to air President Trumpโs primetime election-integrity address live because execs feared letting Americans hear him unfiltered.
Quote: โSome network executives felt that it would be dangerous to just air Trumpโs speech live, in full, unedited, without knowing what he was going to say ahead of time. Thatโs where we are in America.โ
They monitored it, โevaluatedโ if it was newsworthy, then spoon-fed the public their version with โcontextโ and fact-checks.
The President of the United States speaking on election security was too risky for direct broadcast.
They admitted deciding what the President can say live.
This isnโt journalism โ itโs gatekeeping.

.@SECWAR โThe single dumbest phrase in military history was peddled in our Army only a few short years ago. Youโve all heard it โ maybe in your first two years at West Point โ โOur diversity is our strengthโ...
Diversity is NOT our strength. UNITY is our strength...
Our strength is our shared purpose. Our strength is our oath to the Constitution. Our embrace of Army Values. The idea of merit. Our mission. Our absolute commitment to Duty, Honor, Country.
These are the things that unify us. โSend meโ becomes โSend usโ because you are ONE fighting force, just as we are ONE NATION UNDER GOD.โ
Not gonna lie, the last few weeks have felt like I'm banging my head against a wall.
It's time for the 80% to say it out loud: men cannot become women. Ever. You know it. Say it.
We need you (mostly silent) 80%. We will win - truth outs in the end - but we need you.
What if the government told your family ranch you owed $3.7 millionโฆ for a pond your cattle have been drinking from for decades?
Thatโs exactly whatโs happening to a fourth-generation ranch family in Washington State.
Wade and Teresa King have been running cattle on their land for generations. Like thousands of ranchers across the West, they built small stock ponds so their cattle have water in dry country.
Now the Washington State Department of Ecology says those ponds arenโt ponds.
They say theyโre illegal wetlands.
The state has already issued the ranch a $267,540 fine and claims the family may have to spend over $3.7 million restoring the land.
On top of that, the Washington Department of Natural Resources terminated grazing leases the ranch had held for around 60 years, removing nearly 15,000 acres of grazing land their operation depended on.
The King family says these are man-made cattle ponds, something ranchers across the West have built and maintained for generations.
The state says they damaged rare wetlands.
Now the fight isnโt just about ponds.
Itโs about property rights, agriculture, and whether ranchers have the right to defend themselves in front of a jury instead of a government administrative court.
If the state wins, this case could affect thousands of ranches across the western United States that rely on stock ponds to water cattle.
This isnโt just one ranchโs fight.
It could shape the future of American ranching.
If you believe American ranchers deserve truth, trust, and transparency in the food system, help us rebuild a producer-led beef supply chain.

Because the fight for American land, American ranchers, and American food is just getting started.

The Starbucks on University Way in Seattle โ one of the most progressive zip codes in America โ just delivered a case study that no business school could write better.
Workers went on strike. Three months in, they had to end it because they couldn't afford to keep going without a paycheck. Then Starbucks announced the store is closing April 5th. And the workers who went on strike were told they are not eligible to transfer to other locations.
So to recap: they struck, they lost income for three months, the store is closing, and they don't get to move to another Starbucks.
This is what happens when the bumper sticker meets the spreadsheet. Striking workers don't get paid. Stores that aren't profitable get closed. Corporations don't reward disruption with promotions. These are not novel concepts โ they are how employment has functioned for the entire history of employment.
Seattle has spent years electing politicians who treat basic economics like an opinion. The workers at this location were presumably raised in that same ideological environment. The idea that you can withhold labor indefinitely and the business simply waits patiently for you to return is a fantasy โ and an expensive one.

@TravisC77777777@BrandiKruse@usedgov Bro please tell me you have wrestled before. If you have please tell me how it makes sense to run a half while also having your hand between the legs. It literally prevents the opponent from rolling over, this is not a real wrestling move.

Charlie was a man who valued honest discussion, and open debate over violence.
He advocated for the peaceful battle of ideas, and talked about fearing what happens when people reject peaceful discourse.
And you fucking shot him.
