#THIOPIA — Ethiopian military casualties increased hospitals after TPLF forces inflict heavy casualties on government forces during Shererina battle on Sudan border

According to Anchor Media’s Mesay Kebede, citing sources, the number of Ethiopian military casualties in the Shererina attack in Tigray region on the Sudan border on Friday has reportedly increased significantly.

Sources say patients who were previously being treated have been ordered to move to other hospitals to make room for government soldiers wounded in the operation against TPLF positions.

A hospital in Gondar has revealed that it is prioritizing the treatment of soldiers wounded in the attack after receiving a large number of injured Ethiopian military personnel.

The same sources also say that TPLF forces inflicted heavy casualties on government forces during the battle, describing the operation as a major challenge for PM Abiy Ahmed’s forces.

These claims have not yet been independently verified
