MAHA is deeply saddened by the passing of Brian Bellgraph. A dedicated member of our hockey community, Bellgraph served as the District 6 coaching director and as an ACE program leader, and he was an important voice for all things hockey in our state. He will be greatly missed.

Although it may seem logical to run for better endurance on the field...the energy demands dictate otherwise.

This perception will push kids to practice 1 or 2 mile runs in an effort to pass the test during tryouts leaving them slower and further away from being in game shape.
