Hey @Aramex your New Zealand team needs to read postcodes. Yet again I've had a high-value item misdirected to Greymouth (7802 South Island) instead of Greytown (5712 North Island). It happens ALL THE TIME. No point complaining to the local offices: they never reply. Infuriating.
