by telling me she had been stood there the whole time, I hadn't paid and the computer backed her up. I handed over the receipt which she accepted but didn't apologise for the way she spoke to me!

Went into @Tesco at Baldock today to get change for the market. So bought two small items and paid for each separately. Was approached by one very rude staff member accusing me of stealing as I "hadn't paid" for the first item! I offered to show her the receipt and she responded

This is getting to be ridiculous. How much more can they take away from us, giving very little support in the meantime and still expect us to keep going? This is going to destroy so many people on so many levels.
